What tasks await you:

• Agreement of the terms of new contracts and their conclusion;
• Organization of access to technical objects for the performance of works;
• Compilation and control of optimization deadlines/ dismantling of sites;
• Compilation and control of the terms of exclusion from the lease of copper cable;
• Work in SAP: support of contracts, creation of orders (PO), control of the fulfillment of contract terms and payments, collection, signing primary documents and their transfer to accounting;
• Formation of proposals for changes to the terms of contracts. Control of acceptance of these conditions by counterparties;
• Search for new technical premises according to projects and requests of the department's management; li>
• Preparation of presentations on the department's areas of activity.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience of working with contracts and primary documents;
• Experienceexperienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred);
• High negotiation skills and initiative.
