• Personnel budgeting:
  • participation in the preparation of data for the formation of the company's annual budget for labor;
  • preparation of monthly reports on actual expenses, analysis of deviations, current forecast;
  • preparation of proposals for increasing the efficiency of budget use;
• Review of salaries:
  • analysis of current payment terms compared to the market;
  • preparation of proposals for revision of salaries in the company;
• Preparation of analytical data related to personnel costs both periodic and on request;
• Preparation of data for participation in salary reviews;
• Preparation of proposals to increase the competitiveness of the system of rewards and compensations in the company.

Our expectations:

• Higher or incomplete education in the field of economics, management, HR or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Power BI, SQL and other tools will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization and a desire to constantly learn.
