We expect candidates from:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Java and React programming
• Ability to use modern software development methodologies, such as Git, and an emphasis on writing readable code.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to adapt to working with existing legacy source code.
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for Agile software development practices, including participation in Scrum teams.
• Proactive, get things done approach with a commitment to problem solving.
• Ability to solve complex implementation problems and implement changes to optimize processes and reduce complexity.
