We are looking for a remote project recruiter who will help us scale the sales team in the US market.

What you will need to do:

  • Selecting candidates for the Sales (US market) position.

  • Closing 1 role with a plan hiring 5+ candidates.

  • Working with warm candidate leads that come through targeted advertising.

  • Active direct search for candidates (LinkedIn, job-platforms, other channels).

  • Resume screening and initial events interview.

  • Transfer of selected candidates to the next stages of selection.

  • Communication with candidates and support during the recruitment stage.

What is important to us:
