The number of projects at the beginning of 2024 has grown, and this always involves a lot of work and acquiring new talents. We work for clients of various sizes, primarily the SME sector from industries such as production, logistics, services, education, HoReCa and IT. Our clients are Polish and foreign companies.

What does recruitment look like?

• The last step is a 60-minute conversation about your design process and portfolio remotely or in our office.
• After this meeting, you will receive a response with feedback within 2-3 business days.

Apply if:

1. You have at least 2 years of experience in commercial web and mobile projects,
2. You can create interfaces in line with the needs of users, business and technology,
3. You have experience and skills conducting workshops with business clients,
4. You know the process of creating wireframes,
   
5. You can work fluently with design systems (including AntDesign),
< li> You are proficient in tools such as Figma, Visily,
6. You speak English well, both in speech and writing (some of the foreign clients),
7. (Bonus for you ) You know and can use no-code tools, e.g. Webflow, Framer, Bubble, Retool.
