Project/Program Management experience in IT operations, software development, or technology-focused industry. Previous technical background. Passionate with process definition, formalization, optimizations, and Certified Scrum Master is a big plus. Experience in communicating with program stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units. Experience in building and launching new software, automated processes, andsecurity controls. Experience in shipping software, delivering automated processes, and implementing enterprise-grade infrastructure. Experience in coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new automated processes, software, or hardware. Proven track record leading projects and helping your team achieve goals.
