We are looking for the Relationship Manager / FMCG Industries Desk Relationship Manager / FMCG Industries Desk is responsible for origination and development of business relationships with corporate clients of the bank, as well as for arranging sales of banking products and solutions to the clients.You will be responsible for relationship coverage of portfolio of multinational corporates, structuring and selling product and service solutions to your clients, as well as performing a role of KYC officer for portfolio of your clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOrigination and maintenance of business relationships with assigned portfolio of existing and prospective Multinational Corporate Clients (MNCs) of the bank.Active growth of volumes of business with assigned portfolio of MNC clients via (1) active acquisition of new clients, and (2) expansion of business cooperation with existing clients.Organization, coordination, and active sales of all banking products to assigned portfolio of MNC clients of the bank (incl. Corporate Banking, Treasury, Retail and Investment Banking products).Structuring and sales of product and service solutions to assigned portfolio of MNC clients.Act as KYC officer (Client Accountable Owner) for portfolio of MNC clients.Own and execute credit process of the bank with assigned portfolio of MNC clients.Establish individual service tariffs to assigned portfolio of MNC clients.Ensure execution of KPIs set by management to assigned portfolio of MNC clients.Organization of effective interaction with the corporate coverage, product and service units of the bank while structuring and selling products to MNC clients.Effective communications and cooperation with colleagues in Ukraine and Deutsche Bank Group offices globally.Coordination and/or expert type of participation in processes of planning, structuring, development and implementation of new products of the bank.Work with junior staff of the bank to develop their professional knowledge and skills.Your Skills And ExperienceProven experience of min. 3 years (preferably 5 years) as a Relationship Manager, or in similar role, for MNC corporate clients, with strong understanding of client relationship management (CRM) practices, strategies, and competences.Min. 3 years of experience in structuring and selling of banking products to MNC clients.In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking, Treasury and Retail products for corporate clients.Network of contacts with management of MNC clients.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent skills of corporate credit analysis.Good understanding of political and economic environment in Ukraine and the region.Self-motivated, demonstrating high energy and adaptability to challenging and dynamic environment.University degree of min.
