Our recruitment process consists of several stages:

Candidate profile

We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in project management (minimum 3 years) and wants to take responsibility for the success of the project. Additionally, she has had contact and knowledge of project management frameworks, e.g. PMI/Prince2. Able to run effectively on multiple threads simultaneously in a VUCA environment. He is not afraid of feedback and differences of opinion, and is able to cooperate with different types of personalities. Able to balance the organization and planning of project work with giving initiative and control to the team. She is entrepreneurial, i.e. she solves problems proactively and creatively, keeping in mind the good of the client and her team.

It's good if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, gained in projects in an international and corporate environment,
• You know at least one project management framework (e.g. PMI or Prince2),
• You have experience in classic and agile project management and know concepts such as scope/budget/time/risk/communication management,
• You have practice measuring project effectiveness and team performance based on data and metrics,
• You naturally create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and the team, you are not afraid to tackle difficult topics,
• You have experience in change management and negotiations,
• You take responsibility for processes and tasks, you can take risks, you are creative and open to dialogue,
• You communicate fluently in English - at least at C1 level.

Ideally, if:

• You have product management experience that will enable you to support customer collaboration and team in the area of ​​Product Management/Product Ownership (welcome).
• You have experience in the pre-sales process (preferred).
