We are looking for you if you:
You have experience working as a coach and the ability to conduct interesting and effective trainings;
You are happy to share your knowledge and are ready to work on the development of new educational materials;
Freely ready for business trips to different regions of Ukraine;
Oriented on results and always trying to do more than expected;
Your duties will be:
Organizing and conducting training for sales consultants;
Developing and updating educational courses, multimedia presentations and materials for trainings;
Involvement in monitoring the implementation of the acquired knowledge in everyday practice;
Active participation in staff evaluation and development projects;
Conducting post-training activities, analyzing the results and their impact on the work of the team.
