Regional trainer in TAS

Responsibilities

• Working with Promoters: development of staff training
• Conducting online and offline trainings for the field team
• Visiting stores with and without Promoters, building relationships with store administration
• Implementation of monthly and quarterly plans
• 60% is "field" work and 40% remote

Basic requirements:

• Experience in the category of audio, video equipment is desirable (promoter, merchandiser, regional trainer, etc.)
• Experience in personnel management: training, coaching and motivation of sales teams
• Availability of own car for business trips around the region
• Experience in merchandising
• Medical insurance
