Horweesky Refugee Council ( NRC ) is an independent, humanitarian non-governmental organization founded in 1946. We assist, protect rights and help solve the problems of refugees, internally displaced persons and other persons affected by armed conflict. The NRC started operating in Ukraine at the end of 2014, supporting people affected by the conflict in the East. We are now increasing our efforts in Ukraine and in neighboring countries to help people who are forced to leave their homes through the war. Strong> Regional Support Manager/Area Support Manager to the Northern Regional NRC Office in the city Kiev . "> your responsibilities will include:
- Provision and support for software managers and prolific managers in implementing standard operating procedures (Sops ) related to providing operational support.
- Effective coordination with the regional office and other support departments, performing the functions of the coordinator in these processes. Work of Supporting Departments at the Regional Office level. head office.
- Preparation and regular updating of the main regional office support budget.
- Provision of operating information for preparing donor offers and reports. HR-Planns and Budgets for Each Project within the Regional Office.
- Optimization of operating support costs in the region. Estimates of work.
- Participation in viewing the structure of support departments, if necessary. l> Presentation of NRC in external meetings and activities at the request of the regional manager.
Requirements:
- Medium Level Experience at least 4 years, preferably in the humanitarian sphere or in the context of early recovery. Humanitarian management, business administration, development research, finance, personnel management, logistics or similar areas. Communication, interpersonal and reporting skills (orally and in writing).
- Flexibility, adaptability and high level of problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of own management style and profile of leadership qualities.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of the humanitarian context and the work of international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Ukraine will be an advantage.

- Place of work: Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Contract duration: 12 months.
- Business trip: 20–25% (within Ukraine ).
- Salary and benefits: Salary according to the 8th level of the NRC national scale for Ukraine.
