Реалізація проектів: Підтримувати менеджерів секторів у своєчасній та якісній реалізації проекту в межах обсягу, індикаторів і бюджету. Допомагати в оновленні інструментів моніторингу та планів прогнозування для пом'якшення затримок або бюджетних проблем. Забезпечувати проведення нарад з огляду проектів відповідно до стандартів СОП та сприяти ефективній підготовці та усуненню проблем. Допомагати у плануванні, документації та засобах верифікації (MoV), співпрацювати з допоміжними службами щодо закупівель і залучати представників сектору до тендерного процесу. Сприяти підбору персоналу, оцінці ефективності та щоденному управлінню керівниками секторів, а також у підготовці якісних звітів і вирішенні проблем протягом проекту.

Закриття проекту: Надавати підтримку керівнику сектору в підготовці до закриття проекту відповідно до керівництва з управління проектним циклом (PCM) та внутрішніх вимог СОП, передбачаючи закінчення контрактів з персоналом, наглядаючи за переміщенням і розподілом персоналу та повідомляючи про будь-які проблеми регіональному керівнику та команді з адміністративно-господарської діяльності.

Управління командою та розвиток потенціалу: Здійснювати управління керівниками секторів/керівниками команд та керівником групи по роботі з партнерами, включаючи набір персоналу, вступний інструктаж, щоденне управління та управління ефективністю відповідно до процесів ДРБ. Контролювати кадровий розподіл, плани команди та робоче навантаження відповідно до робочих планів і результатів проекту. Фокусуватись на розвитку потенціалу команди та підтримці націоналізації через виявлення прогалин, підготовку національного персоналу до управлінських ролей та надання технічної підтримки для досягнення проектних цілей.

Внутрішня координація та співпраця: Як член команди вищого керівництва регіону (SMT), забезпечувати ефективну реалізацію рішень, сприяючи глибокому розумінню мандату, процесів та інструментів ДРБ в команді для досягнення організаційних цілей. Керувати впровадженням і наставництвом у використанні інструментів та етапів управління проектами (PCM) для керівників секторів. Сприяти налагодженню тісної комунікації та координації між усіма секторами, забезпечуючи конструктивну співпрацю між співробітниками на рівні регіональних та національних офісів, і вирішувати проблеми за необхідності.

Зовнішня координація: Забезпечувати в регіоні ведення актуальної карти партнерів ДРБ та діяльності гуманітарних і державних структур, підтримуючи ініціативи з координації та регіональні моделі. Допомагати керівникам секторів взаємодіяти з цими суб'єктами для виявлення можливостей співпраці та потреб в адвокації, одночасно консолідуючи інформацію для координаторів з адвокації.
