1. work support and development of stores;
3. Selection and training of managing stores;
4. Management, motivation and development of a team of managing stores;
5. Achievement of KPI of the region and Ukraine;
6. Working with reporting;

1. Managerial experience in the sphere of retail from 2 years;
2. Understanding the work of the store;
3. Understanding KPI;
4. English language-a2+ (spoken);
5. readiness for business trips;
7. Driving Category B (or willingness to get as soon as possible).
