The company AB InBev Efes in Ukraine announces the opening of the position of Regional Sales Manager in the city of Kyiv.
Territory of responsibility: Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr regions.

Building and maintaining partnership relations with distributors, control of work efficiency; Control of the effectiveness of sales channels, allocation of investments; Budgeting: development, approval and control of execution; Tracking of compliance with the price policy in the region; Implementation of programs created for the promotion of products;Personnel work: implementation of operational management of employees of the region, performance of work performance evaluation, assessment of resources to perform the required volume of work;Assistance in training and training of sales managers in sales standards.Collection of information about the situation in the territory and its analysis;Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly, annual in accordance with requirements. Requirements for candidates:
- Full higher education;
- Minimum 5 years in sales and distribution (FMCG or brewing), at least 3 years of team management experience (10 or more people);
- Experience in successful development of a sales network;
- Experience working with a wide regional coverage;
- Experience in developing new projects aimed at increasing sales, coverage and effectiveness of the sales structure;
- Successful experience in promoting new products on the market;
- Knowledge of business planning (creating a business plan);
- Experience in budget preparation (P&L);
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher;
- A confident user of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook;
- Readiness for regular business trips.
