Duties:

  • Preparation and appropriate updating of the Plan of PSP events on the ground, guaranteeing access to the plan for volunteers and employees involved in the response to an armed conflict in Ukraine. primary communication with potential volunteers of the PSP, responsibility for the preparation of documents for volunteers (including volunteer certificates) and maintaining a database of volunteers in the direction of the PSP. 
  • Dissemination of PSP information among potential service recipients. 
  • Responsibility for the distribution of information and educational materials from the PSP among the population, as well as the availability of these materials in the field. 
  • Organization of trainings, meetings, seminars.
  • Promoting the collection of statistics on recipients of service, including the collection and register of lists of participants of the event, filling in the accounting journal of service recipients and others. 
  • In cooperation with a specialist in communications coverage of the activity of a regional organization with PSP on social networks. 
  • Promote recipient surveys and feedback. 
  • Provide a regional coordinator with PSP statistics for a monthly report. 
  • Other activities to effectively meet the needs of the PSP in the area of ​​response to armed conflict. 
  • Ability to organize trainings, meetings, seminars;
  • excellent executive and communicative skills; 
  • ability to database, prepare and report; 
  • Communication experience with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy; 
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • the ability to learn quickly;
  • adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross; 
  • Great skills in working with a computer (Word, Excel, databases, e -mail); 
  • Understanding the peculiarities of supporting people who have survived crisis;
  • fluent in Ukrainian.
