We are inviting a specialist to join our team for the position of Regional product sales manager (product direction — Tableware, household goods, textiles).

Our assortment — these are 10 vendor brands, including Luminarc, Pyrex, Tramontina, etc., and 10 own TM, including Ringel, Limited Edition, Idea Home, etc.) — get acquainted here.

It is important for us:

• Developed negotiation skills, analysis and systematization of information, the ability to set and control the execution of tasks, initiative, flexibility of thinking
• Work experience from 2 years in similar positions (wholesale manager, territorial manager, regional manager)
• Experience in personnel management, training, coaching of the sales team
• Willingness to master new products and the market in a short period of time

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of sales strategy of the product group in Central region (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions)
• Participation in sales planning, organization of performance of planned indicators
• Analysis of the competitive environment, participation in price formation in the region for its product group
• Introduction of new products to the regional market; development of joint marketing activities that stimulate sales with customers
• Direct work with development of key customers of the region, development of individual offers for customers
• Planning and control of the filling of regional warehouses
• Organization of training of clients/managers for new groups (including field coaching)
