The national chain of pharmacies of Ukraine "MED-SERVICE" invites a PERSONNEL MANAGER to work. The key task: the full cycle of searching and selecting qualified personnel for the pharmacy network of the trusted region. IMPORTANT for us: practical experience in recruiting from 1 year on mass selection; confident user of 1C 8.2 and MS Excel; practical work experience in the pharmaceutical / medical field will be an advantage. DUTIES: searching for potential candidates and conducting initial interviews; organizing interviews with pharmacy managers and further training of candidates in the network; checking documents and collecting recommendations for making a hiring decision ; organization and control of the adaptation process; maintaining a database of candidates and forming a personnel reserve; reports on the results of the work performed.
