  • What you will need to do:
    • Provide consultations and information and service support regarding retail business (RB) products, in particular, payment card operations and services, as well as remote service systems (MyBank, Pivdenny Online).
    • Advise employees of the regional network on issues of operational support during customer service (physical and legal entities).
    • Provide operational support for cashiers.
    • Provide informational support to employees of the regional network regarding current internal regulatory documents (VND)
  • What will be needed for this:

    • experience of working in the service of individuals/legal entities in the bank from 1 year;
    • practical skills of working in the bank's software complexes - SRM, Jet B2 when servicing clients of FDs or UOs;
    • experience of supporting customers with card products and remote channels;
    • self-organization, discipline and attention to details;
    • communicative and customer-oriented of an internal client;
    • desire to develop their competences and knowledge of banking products and processes;
    • advanced user of MS Office and digital services.
