Requirements:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market of the region ;
• Work experience regional manager in a pharmaceutical company for 2-3 years;
• Skills in using CRM systems, analytical systems;
• Develop leadership and management skills, negotiation and sales skills;
• li>Proficiency in the MS Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint).

Functions:

• Ensuring the performance of the sales plan and the implementation of the prescription drug promotion plan;
• Formation of the team work strategy - planning and organization of the effective work of the MP, including the processes of team formation, motivation and development;
• Implementation of the marketing strategy in the region, active participation in the creation and implementation of projects;
• Ensuring effective promotion of drugs by monitoring the implementation of events and activities in accordance with the developed marketing strategy;
• Territory management - managing the potential of the territory, forming short-term and long-term development plans territories, allocation of resources and investments;
• Management of Field Service performance indicators (SFE KPIs).
