Requirements for candidates:

• Experience as a manager of a chain of stores from 3 years,
• Knowledge of the operational model of the retail network,
• Knowledge of the operational processes of store management,
• Knowledge of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the retail network and the peculiarities of their calculation,
• Knowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade.

Main duties:

• realization of the regional network development and functioning strategy,
• regional network marketing,
• analysis of regional network indicators,
• product display,
• staff training (sales techniques),
• staff motivation.
