What we expect from candidate:

• Experience working with food products.
• Experience in HoReCa is a significant advantage.
• Systematic approach in sales planning.
• Formation of a strategic plan for the development of the region.
• Achieving the department's P&L goals.
• Controlling the department's performance in order to increase the sales volume and market share of the company in region.
• Building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic customers.
• Interaction with marketing, trade marketing, logistics and other departments to ensure effective service to key customers.
• Formation of trade marketing activities.
• Sales analysis, monitoring of the market, competitive environment and offering effective solutions.
• Selection, training, development of personnel - building a sales team from scratch.
• Skills in conducting difficult negotiations and working with key clients.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Own a car.
