What do you need to do in the position of Regional Manager for small, medium and agribusiness sales management?

• Provide education and training in sales techniques and services to branch employees;
• Monitor sales results: identify weak and strong areas;
• Implement plans to improve sales results;
• Provide advice to employees on the sale of banking products to legal entities;
• Ensure the work standards of branch employees.
