Key tasks:
- Organization, planning and management of the work of the team for sales of spare parts and the provision of service services in regional offices;
- Ensuring the implementation of work plans of regions for the sale of spare parts and service services, control work efficiency;
- Support of negotiations with key customers to promote sales;
- Participation in the transfer of new equipment to customers;
- Development of the customer base;
- Ensuring regional work reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: higher agricultural, technical, economic;
- Experience in selling agricultural machinery, spare parts or other related industries;
- Experience in managing service engineers and planning load on the team;
- Driver's license;
- Leadership qualities.
