Regional coordinator, Zaporizhzhia in Divchata, GO

GO "Divchata" is a leading all-Ukrainian non-profit organization engaged in expanding the rights and opportunities of women and children in Ukraine.

We are currently looking for a regional coordinator to join our team. We expect from you:

• similar work experience from 1 year
• higher education;
• experience working or working with the public sector will be an advantage.
• respect for deadlines and reporting standards;
• high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Zoom.
• and also: have registration of FOP 3 group with corresponding KVEDs or willingness to register in case of selection.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• analysis of the needs of beneficiaries in the entrusted region;
• planning appropriate interventions in the region;
• development of request forms for various types of assistance;
• collection and processing of requests from beneficiaries;
• preparation and supervision of all types of interventions in the region;
• assistance in finding partners, suppliers and personnel in the region;
• checking and approving weekly reports on personnel activities in the region;
• submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the progress of the project in the region;
• working visits within the region;
• collection and analysis (if available) of complaints and proposals in the region;
• coordination and monitoring of the implementation of project activities in accordance with the schedule and budget;
• development and implementation of communication strategies to increase public awareness of the project and its results;
• updating service mapping, taking into account the availability and accessibility of services, including medical, psychosocial care and legal support
