Vanancy in the project implemented by the NGO "Center for Psychological Assistance "Confidence" in Kharkiv Oblast and Sumy Oblast with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

Requirements:

— Higher education (preferably in the field of social work, sociology, project management or related fields).
— 2+ years of experience in the field of social services or project management, including writing reports and coordinating the work of a team (from 5 people).

— Accommodation directly in the city of Kharkiv.

— Experience working in charitable or non-governmental social organizations (NGOs), as well as projects financed by international donors, will be an advantage.

— Skills in planning, task management and performance control.

— Experience in preparing reports for donors and monitoring the performance of indicators.

— Ability to organize and prioritize several tasks simultaneously.

— Ability to work independently, demonstrating high efficiency in teamwork.

— Self-motivation, strong focus on achieving goals and commitment to humanitarian principles.

— Motivation to work in the field of humanitarian aid and desire to grow in this field.

— Compliance with ethical standards and zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination.

— Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Main duties:

— Making operational and complex decisions, responsibility for project implementation in the region.

— Ensuring effective communication between the FSB team, project management and partners.

— Monitoring the implementation of individual FSB work plans, ensuring compliance of activities with project standards.

— Holding internal meetings for team coordination, clarifying tasks and responding to changes.

— Establishing and supporting cooperation with partners (public organizations, local authorities, educational, medical and social institutions).

— Preparation and submission of monthly reports on the work of the FSR department to the project management.

— Control of documentation by specialists.

— Participation in weekly meetings to coordinate work with other project specialists.

— Preparation of regular reporting on results of the project, including the status of indicators and the work of specialists in the region.

— Ensuring timely communication with the project team, partners and management.
