PF "Right to Protection"is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, persons at increased risk statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

BF "Pravo na protection" is looking for a candidate for the positionRegional coordinator of the direction of repairs in social institutions in the city of Kyiv (Kyiv region).

in the city of Kyiv.   text-decoration: none">Tasks>> none">responsible for the achievement of the project results on time, with the fulfillment of all requirements and within the agreed budget;

  • prepares unplanned reports on operational activities within the project;

  • presents the results of the implementation of project activities at internal and external discussions of the project, cluster coordination meetings;

  • TASKS WITHIN THE PROJECT

    In cooperation with the program manager of the direction, the team of regional engineers, the senior accountant and the project manager:

    • develop calendar plans for project execution;

    • establish communication with administrations of institutions and with representatives of contracting organizations;

    • set up a system of constant monitoring of the fact of the execution of works, maintaining communication with the implementation team, exchange of work execution statuses;

    • regularly carry out visits to facilities in order to control the actual status of work;

    • analyze any deviations from the planned calendar plan;

    • take an active part in overcoming the causes of delays in the implementation of project conditions;

    • documentally accompany each stage of the implementation of works, control and agree volumes and technologies, initiate documentary follow-up of all deviations from the plan;

    • respond to incidents that may occur at repair sites;

    • other unplanned actions that should improve the quality of work, prevent negative consequences and reduce losses in the event of incidents;

    • Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.

    PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • preferably 2 years of work experience in international donor projects related to humanitarian aid and charity;

    • high self-motivation, independence, efficiency and the ability to meet deadlines - a must;

    • excellent analytical skills, attention to detail;

    • ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;

    • the skill of preparing and writing reports;

    • excellent communication skills;

    • strategic thinking and problem solving skills;

    • readiness for local and remote business trips (up to 80% of working time);

    • own car will be an advantage.

    A significant advantage will be: 

    • professional construction education;

    • reading construction drawings;

    • ability to work with construction documentation and estimates;

    • understanding of the processes of construction and repair work, consumption norms of building materials;

    • the ability to evaluate the object from the point of view of the priority necessary construction works.
