Location: Mykolaiv and region.
Font-weight: 400; ; text-decoration: none"> interaction with local authorities, educational institutions and other interested parties ; finding and engaging facilitators, monitoring their work, ensuring compliance with the schedule of activities and proper quality of events; evaluation of the results of activities on the ground, analysis of the effectiveness of the measures; data collection and documentation; preparation of regular reports on the progress of project implementation for project coordinators; prompt information about problems and challenges that may arise during project implementation; assistance in organizing trainings for facilitators and teenagers, providing necessary materials; operational participation in solving organizational issues on the ground; control over compliance with detailed project implementation plans; fulfilment of all organizational requirements and policies; performing other tasks that may be necessary to ensure the effective operation of the project. Our expectations: Higher educationand (preferably pedagogical); Experience in effective communication; Experience in projects related to educational or social initiativesy (bain non-governmental public associations); Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail); High organizational skills, the ability to coordinate various processes at the same time; Proficiency in English - Intermediate; Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation, attentiveness; Ability to work with large amounts of information and ensure data accuracy; Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work; Readiness for frequent business trips within the region.
