BO "Light of Hope" (hereinafter - the Organization) has been a leader in the provision of social services for representatives of key groups in the Poltava region for more than 25 years. Today, the organization's activities are implemented on the territory of Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The main goal of the Organization is: providing a wide range of social services and creating conditions for the sustainable functioning of the public health system at the level of best international practices.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT

BO "Light of Hope" started implementation of the project "Innovative educational and social initiatives to support the vulnerable population of the Sumy region" implemented with the support of Swiss Solidarity. This project is aimed at promoting the creation of a safe, inclusive and fair environment for learning and development, ensuring access to education for women and children and combating gender-based violence at the level of 4 communities of the Sumy region: Konotopsk, Romensk and Sumy. The project implementation period is 01.11.2024-31.10.2025.

For the successful implementation of the project, the organization of the regional coordinator service provider in the Sumy region.

The main functions:

  • Work closely with the monitoring and evaluation specialist to consolidate and analyze data provided by partners to influence decision-making and preparing reports to the central office and the donor.
  • Evaluating   progress and recommending   necessary actions to maximize the progress and impact of the program.
  • Assisting representatives of the organization in developing and strengthening working relationships with relevant bodies at the level region and community, as well as other interested parties, such as educational institutions, public organizations, volunteers and active citizens.
  • Conducting interviews with applicants for vacant positions in project activities.
  • Leading and managing the project team in the region.
  • Ensuring timely and complete implementation of project results.
  • Monitoring and resolving any issues that may arise during the implementation of the project, and, if necessary, the adjustment of the work plan of the project.
  • Acting as a contact person of the organization to the selected partners for the implementation of the project during the entire life cycle of the project to guide it and ensure compliance with requirements and regulations donors.

Professional requirements:

  • higher education;
  • work experience from 1 to 3 years in public organizations;
  • excellent communication skills.

Performance period: November 2024 - October 2025.

Terms of payment:< /p>

Payment for completed works is made after handing over documentation to confirm the completed work for each task and signing the acts of completed work.
