Since 2014, we have been supporting and helping IDPs, veterans, women, and people with disabilities in employment and self-employment.

We have implemented 32 projects that have helped more than 31,000 people.

Among them

  • 8,500 participants went through the retraining program
  • more than 500 entrepreneurs implemented their projects

Participants of our projects successfully reintegrate into society, find jobs according to their calling, open their own businesses or public organizations.

Donors who trust us: USAID, UNDP, IOM, Mercy Corps, MF "Renaissance", Black Sea Trust, etc.

Today we have a new challenge - how to work and help ensure employment in conditions of war. Therefore, we are looking for a person for a project whose goal is to support the economic stability of Ukraine, which will help internally displaced persons (IDPs) to start or restore self-employment/micro-business in their new place of residence. 400">

  • representation of the interests of the Organization in the region of project implementation;
  • support of beneficiaries at all stages of participation in the project and assistance in solving administrative and technical issues;
  • support of telephone communication with project beneficiaries, assessment of participants' applications for financial assistance for the development of self-employment;
  • trips to places where the participants carry out their entrepreneurial activities within the city of Dnipro, Odesa, Cherginiv, Kyiv and the regions;
  • Readiness for business trips is a mandatory condition of the project!!!
  • maintaining contact with participants regarding filling out business plans for receiving financial assistance in accordance with the requirements of the donor;
  • signing cooperation agreements between participants and the donor, sending them to the donor;
  • collection of primary documentation (agreement\acts) on the completion of the purchase of equipment by the participants, sending them to the donor;
  • support and development of partnership with key, active and potential participants of the project, with representatives of organizations and communities.
  • ensuring effective communication in order to fulfill the goals of the project.
  • collection of data for information and analytical materials, collection of supporting documents for the activities carried out;
  • participation in meetings and events of a local nature necessary for the implementation of the project;
  • constant analysis of the needs of the target audience by evaluating and integrating information from various sources, regular analysis and monitoring of the local situation, providing feedback on the expected and of unforeseen results of the implementation of measures and local data collection (if necessary);
  • writing reports based on the results of the work.
  • What is important to us:

    • from 2 years of practical project administration experience, experience working in charitable organizations or previous public activity is optional, but will be an advantage;
    • readiness for business trips is a prerequisite for this project (more than 50% of the activity will be related to trips to Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Chernihiv, Kyiv regions, 50% - work in the Dnipro office);
    • ability to process large volumes of various information, carry out its analysis and generate reports;
    • experience in conducting business activities or understanding business processes will be an advantage;
    • experience working with documentation, its verification and systematization;
    • higher education;
    • fluent command of the Ukrainian language
    • ability to meet deadlines;
    • excellent communication skills;
    • ability to work both independently and in a team.
    • ability to work with a large number of people, possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
    • attention to details, ability to work in frequently changing circumstances.
