"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population, affected by the conflict, through the provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups .

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communicating, establishing effective communications and self-development in order to protect internally displaced persons and persons affected by conflict.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of the work of the regional office, from the search for premises and the organization of workplaces to the implementation of control over the rational use of material, technical and labor resources;
- Ensuring the direction and coordination of the activities of the regional office;
- Contribute to the proper performance of duties by employees, in accordance with their qualifications and, accordingly, project directions of activity;
- Observe and ensure compliance by employees with the conditions of the Organization’s projects, internal regulations and policies;
- Conduct analysis and evaluate the results of the regional office’s activities development and implementation of measures to improve activities;
- To have analytical and statistical data on the needs of IDPs and the affected population of the region.
- To carry out field visits and interaction with representatives of the community, local authorities to study the needs and the state of the population and ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives, promoting the protection of the rights and freedoms of the population
- Representing the interests of the organization in the regiongeneral level;
- Perform general control and participate in the identification of premises for arrangement and further support of their provision in accordance with project tasks and approved tender and other procedures;
- Organization of systemic interaction with state bodies authorities, local self-government and public organizations with the aim of consolidating efforts
- Performance of other duties in case of need
- Strict observance of humanitarian principles and standards
- Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project on behalf of the Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the field of law, management (administration) or other humanitarian field
- Experience in project management or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of internal mobility issues;
- Excellent computer skills computer (must be MS Office);
- Experience working in inclusive and multicultural teams will be an advantage;
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to travel;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards
- Ability to organize a team, maintain cohesion and a comfortable atmosphere
- Critical thinking to objectively analyze needs and benefits and find the best solution.
- Availability of own PC

Full-time employment, part-time employment is not considered.
