Vacancy: Recruitment Team Lead

We invite you to become part of our team and lead one of the most important directions in the company - recruitment. We are looking for a super skilled manager who can take our recruitment to the next level and help us attract the best talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies that meet company goals.
  • Needs forecasting: Forecasting future staffing needs for based on business plans, trends and internal changes.
  • Implementation of new approaches/technologies: Continuous monitoring of new technologies and tools in the field of recruiting and their implementation to improve the efficiency of processes.
  • Analytics: Ability to analyze data, develop strategies based on insights, make and argue decisions based on a Data Driven approach.
  • Team development and auditing:< /strong> Audit of the existing composition, identification of strengths and areas of growth.
  • Experience of working with various ATS platforms: Providing quality input on building your own product.
  • Headhunting of highly qualified candidates: Finding and attracting highly qualified candidates using various methods and tools.
  • Developing a candidate acquisition strategy: Creating and implementing effective acquisition and retention strategies highly qualified specialists.
  • Requirements:

    • Various work experience as in a grocery store , as well as in an outsourcing company (5+ years as a manager).
    • Experience in independent recruitment of C-level and developers.
    • Desirable experience of integration into an existing team.
    • li>Skills in working with a variety of recruiting tools, methods and platforms, including headhunting.
    • High communication and negotiation skills at various levels.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.

    - Do you have an office that works in the absence of light? 
    Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, which ensures continuitywork even during power outages. 

    - Can I work remotely from another country? 
    Yes. We understand how important it is to be safe. 

    - Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens? 
    No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it. 

    - Did the company support its employees at the beginning of the war? 
    Of course, supported! The main value of our company is people. On the first day of the full-scale invasion, everyone received monetary compensation. We have also created coordination groups based on the place of temporary stay.
