Vacancy: Recruitment Team Lead

We invite you to become part of our team and lead one of the most important directions in the company - recruitment. We are looking for a super skilled manager who can take our recruiting to a new level and help us attract the best talent.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
  • Needs forecasting: Forecasting future staffing needs based on business plans , trends and internal changes.
  • Implementation of new approaches/technologies: Constant tracking of new technologies and tools in the field of recruiting and their implementation to improve the efficiency of processes.
  • Analytics: Ability to analyze data, develop strategies based on insights, make and argue decisions based on a Data Driven approach.
  • Team development and audit: Audit existing staff, identification of strengths and growth areas.
  • Experience of working with various ATS platforms: Providing quality input on building your own product.
  • Headhunting of highly qualified candidates: Finding and attracting highly qualified candidates using various methods and tools.
  • Developing a strategy for attracting candidates: Creating and implementing effective strategies for attracting and retaining highly qualified specialists.< br/> 

Requirements:

  • Various work experience in both a grocery and an outsourcing company (5+ years as manager).
  • Experience in independent recruitment of C-level and developers.
  • Experience of integration into an existing team is desired.
  • Skills in working with various tools, methods and platforms for recruiting, including headhunting.
  • High communication skills and ability to negotiate at different levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Analytical approach to work and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting processes.
  • Ability to work in conditions of rapid changes and a high pace of work.
  • Creativity and the ability to offer non-standard solutions for attracting talent.

High level of English.

- Do you have an office that works in the absence of light? 
Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, which ensures uninterrupted work even during a power outage. 

- Can I work remotely from another country? 
Yes. We are differentwe know how important it is to be safe. 

- Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens? 
No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it. 

- Did the company support its employees at the beginning of the war? 
Of course, supported! The main value of our company is people. On the first day of the full-scale invasion, everyone received monetary compensation. We have also created coordination groups based on the place of temporary stay.
