Recruitment Team Lead in Talent Connect

We are a recruiting company Talent Connect, which specializes in finding and selecting highly qualified employees in Ukraine and abroad. We have been working for more than 8 years and have successful cases with 123 Ukrainian and international companies in the fields of marketing, sales, finance and HR. We are expanding our team and currently looking for a Recruitment Lead.

Main functionality:

• search and selection of recruiters for our own team, their onboarding and adaptation

• work with the team, project implementation control

• search and selection of top managers and specialists for narrow-profile and complex positions

• communication with potential customers (without active search)

• account management of current clients

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years;

• Team management experience;

• Good communication skills;

• Good PC knowledge, ability to work with large volumes information;

• Ability to learn quickly and effectively;

• Knowledge of the English language (pre-intermediate level and above);

• Experience working in an agency will be an advantage .
