Recruitment Team Lead in ANVI

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead , who will join our team at the wanted recruiting agency, which has been specializing in the search and selection of specialists of all levels for more than 10 years throughout Ukraine and abroad.

Your main tasks will be:

• Analysis of previous recruiting indicators and setting plans for the next period.
• Control of key team performance metrics.
• Development and updating of reporting by team.
• Participation in forming a portrait of the candidate together with clients.
• Resolving problematic and conflict situations.
• Conducting regular meetings and 1:1 meetings with the team.
• Coordinating the execution of recruiting business processes.
• Closing middle to senior level vacancies.
• Developing strategies search and ensuring high-quality recruitment.
• Analysis of recruiting metrics and search for new sources of candidates.
• Interaction with the marketing department to organize advertising campaigns.

You are our man if you have:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position.
• Experience in agencies or consulting companies will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with HRM systems and Excel (reporting, analytics).
• Experience in building and managing recruiting team, workload planning.
• Team management skills including recruitment, onboarding, motivation and recruitment funnel analysis.
• Executive Search and Headhunting experience.
• Experience closing complex and narrow-profile positions, including C-level.
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level will be an advantage.
