We invite a recruitment specialist (recruiter) to join our team. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a recruiter; Successful experience in closing vacancies in the office and retail network; Attention to detail, responsibility, diligence, good communication skills, knowledge of the Ukrainian language. Responsibilities: Full cycle of personnel selection: placement of vacancies, selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, conducting interviews in the office or in the format of a video call; Cooperation with department heads; Communications with potential candidates, providing feedback; Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the reasons for dismissal; Reporting.
