Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in engineering recruitment 
• Knowledge of the job market in the field of engineering and technology 
• Understanding the technical aspects of engineering roles and appropriately matching candidates 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to work under pressure 
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques 
• Experience working with talent management tools (ATS) 
• Ability to work in a team 
• Independence and proactive approach to work 
• Good command of English, allowing for fluent communication (min. B2 level)
