Responsibilities:

- Publication of vacancies using local telegram channels, websites and other resources (HH.ruLinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram)
- Conducting initial selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, video interviews with candidates. 
- Coordinating interviews with department heads and further supporting candidates at all stages of the process selection 
- Maintaining a database of candidates, maintaining contact with candidates after interviews. 
- Preparation of reports on the results of recruiting activities (statistics on closed vacancies, time selection, etc.).

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in personnel selection;
