We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for Recruitment Specialist who is ready to own vacancies and build strong relationships with clients.

 What you’ll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy briefing with the client to candidate onboarding
• Partner with clients: clarify hiring needs, consult on candidate profiles, market availability, and recruitment strategy
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct search
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ professional experience and soft skills
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinate interview stages, and collect feedback
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
• Provide professional feedback to candidates at all stages of the hiring process
• Support candidates during onboarding and probation period
• Work with multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

You’ll be involved in the full recruitment cycle and see how your work directly impacts business success.

 What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• English — Intermediate+ (you’ll work with international clients)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage several roles at once, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Result-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in recruitment and building long-term relationships
