How we see our candidate:

• Owns < b style="font-weight: 700">English at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (B1/B2) level or above (will be an advantage).
• Has competent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious and results-oriented.
• Able to set priorities and allocate his time effectively.

• Able to recognizetalented and promising candidates.
• Work experience at Recruiter or HR position will be an advantage.

What you will do:

• You will actively search for candidates through various sources (job sites, social networks, internal and external resources).
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates according to job requirements.
• Maintain the database of candidates in the CRM system and maintain communication with them.
• Cooperate with managers to close vacancies and coordinate selection processes.
• Analyze the labor market to find the best recruiting solutions.

Work mode:

5/2 (working days Mon- Fri), 09:00 - 18:00 .
