Your main responsibilities will be:

• Implementation of the full cycle of personnel selection;
• Receiving and analyzing the search application, clarifying the application if necessary;
• Formation of a search strategy;
• Posting of ads and active search using job sites, recommendations, social networks, professional resources;
• Conducting interviews, organizing interviews of candidates with Hiring managers;< /li>
• Reporting on vacancies.

For work you will need:

• Knowledge of modern methods of selection and evaluation staff;
• Confident PC skills;
• Love for people;
• Communicative and goal-oriented.
