We are looking for a talented specialist to join our team for the position of Personnel Selection and Adoption.

This role is key to our organization as it combines recruiting and training, as well as assisting the HR Manager with a variety of tasks.

Main duties:

• Search and selection of qualified candidates for various positions in the company.
• Conducting interviews and assessing the skills of potential employees.
• Developing and conducting training programs for new employees.
• Execution of additional orders HR manager aimed at improving team performance.
• Collaboration with management to identify staff training and development needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to promptly carry out the instructions of the manager .
