Due to the dynamic development and expansion of our business, we are looking for a recruitment specialist to join our team in your daily duties:

• Search and selection of candidates on the territory of Ukraine for work in Poland;
• Maintaining electronic and telephone communication with candidates;
• Searching for new sources of recruitment and working with employment partners;
• Posting ads, checking and creating a resume based on an interview with a candidate;
• Entering the necessary data into the system;
• Cooperation with other departments;
• Preparation of reports, analyzes and other tasks for management needs.

You will become part of our team if:

• You have experience as a recruiter or recruitment manager - a must;
• You are a purposeful and creative person;
• You are a communicative person ;
• You possess analytical thinking, proactively offer different solutions;
• You are open to acquiring new knowledge and skills;
• In addition, your knowledge of English or Polish will be an advantage .
