About the Talent Acquisition team:
Our team consists of three recruiters and four sourcers. We plan to expand the sourcing team and improve our results by implementing automation and a data-driven approach.

What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience with hands-on sourcing tech and non-tech roles
- 0,5+ years of management/leadership experience
- Experience in creating a sourcing strategy
- At least an intermediate English level to interact with international candidates
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal, effective business communication skills
- Your sourcing/recruiting toolbox is heavy with the instruments (email extractors, browser extensions, people aggregator tools) helping you gather a bunch of information on a prospect and so enabling you to make your initial approach personalized
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Automate routine tasks and implement modern tools for sourcing and analytics
Your day-to-day in this position
- Manage, develop, and mentor sourcing team members
- Setup and review sourcing strategy
- Work on hard-sourced roles (active sourcing)
- Setup consistent management model for the sourcing team
- Maintain and upgrade current tech stack (automation tools, integrations, etc.)
- Implement sustainable process and framework of reach-out A/B testing
- Improving processes using data analytics
