Therefore, we are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager who will be responsible for the efficiency, transparency and scaling of recruitment processes within the holding. The role combines analytics, operational management, ATS work and internal mobility support.
Areas of responsibility
Analysis of compensation benchmarks, salary surveys and internal salary forks.
Preparation of compensation recommendations within hiring and internal mobility.
Supporting internal transfers of employees and ensuring transparency of processes.
Administration and development of ATS, quality control of vacancies and candidates.
Analysis of the work of the recruiting team and providing structured feedback to team leaders.
Conducting surveys of hiring managers and candidates, analysis of results.
Preparation of recruiting analytics (time-to-hire, funnel, offer acceptance rate).
Training of recruiters in process standards and participation in recruiting automation.
Support and scaling of the recruiting function within the holding.
What is important to us:
Experience in recruitment operations / recruiting analytics / people operations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Systems thinking, attention to detail, ability to build processes.
Experience with ATS and HRIS will be advantage.
