What to do:

• Search for specialists in the following areas: technical writer with knowledge of the English language, video demonstrator, video editor, SEO specialist, web developer, etc.

• Managing the full cycle of closing vacancies for various tasks and requirements;

• Effective recruitment of personnel for set tasks and goals;

• Development of talent attraction strategies and recruitment sources;

• Compilation and placement of vacancies on websites, groups in social networks and other resources;

• Analysis of candidates, resumes and initial selection and interviews;

• Interaction with universities and colleges for the selection of candidates.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting with IT and media vacancies from 3 years;

• Experience of communication with different customers and search terms;

• Willingness to take several vacancies at the same time;

• Knowledge of working sources and the ability to use them to select specialists for assigned tasks;

• Strong skills in working with universities, colleges and young talent;

• Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office;
