What you will do with us:

• Actively search for and attract candidates for various positions.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate professional skills.
• Manage the recruitment process - from receiving an application from the manager to closing the vacancy.
• Maintain the candidate base and regularly search for new talent.
• Improve the quality of the recruiting process by implementing best practices.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year, preferably in the field of construction or related industries.
• Ability to communicate effectively and find an approach to different people.
• Responsibility, organization and desire to develop.
• Ability to work with databases and modern search tools candidates.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and maintain communication with the team.
