What will be included in your daily work:
- Mass recruitment for various positions - production and office roles
- Search for candidates, short phone calls interviews
- Supporting candidates from the first contact to the exit
- Fixing the process in CRM and regular communication with the HR Lead
The pace is high, there are many vacancies, but the CRI are realistic and distributed across the team.
Who we are looking for:
- From 6 months of experience in mass recruitment (retail, production, logistics, warehouses, HoReCa);
- Experience of 10+ closings per month;
- Ability to work with a large flow of candidates and fast cycle;
- Experience in MilTech will be a plus;
- Systematics, persistence and proactivity - without this in mass recruitment, there is no way.-weight: 400">
- Work format:
- Fully offline (no hybrid or remote).
- Standard hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
