Requirements:

• ability to use IT search tools at work personnel
• free use of computer equipment (creating content, including media, presentations, correspondence with candidates, mass mailing of individual letters, etc.)
• experience in conducting competency interviews and evaluations of candidates
• ability to form an employer brand
• experience and development in matters of adaptation of new employees
• ability to achieve the goals set in the personnel management strategy
• ability to work with information, HR analytics
• knowledge of civil service legislation

Responsibilities:

• Conducting measures on issues of brand formation of the Ministry as an employer to attract the best specialists to the work
• administration of the competitive procedure provided for by the civil service legislation (Procedure for holding a competition for civil service positions , approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016 No. 246)
• formation of competences by positions
• Organization of internships for citizens from among the youth in the Ministry who are not in civil service positions
• HR analyst
• keeping records of documentation created in the work process
