We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will become part of our positive and friendly team!

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment cycle with linear vacancies
• Active search for candidates on various platforms ( job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.)
• Analysis of applicant resumes and initial selection of candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates and assessing their qualification level
• Conducting interviews, assessing the level of candidates' competencies
• Supporting the process of internship and adaptation
• Formation of personnel reserve
• Formation of reporting

What do we expect from you?

• 2 years of experience as a recruitment manager (recruiter) , experience in the restaurant sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of recruitment methods
• Skills in working with recruitment sites and modern candidate search channels
• Skills in personnel assessment
• Confident PC user (MS Office)
• Attention to details
• Logical thinking
• Willingness to work for results - timely and high-quality closing of vacancies
• Competent oral and written communication
