We've been in IT outstaffing for years, initially relying on our in-house recruiters. But over time, we found this approach too slow and limited in reach. After trial and error, we discovered that working with a network of freelancers and agencies - though more expensive - delivers faster and better results.
Your role will be to support and grow this setup, along with taking on various tasks related to research and experiments, and occasionally step into hands-on recruitment. You'll work closely with our CEO and COO, directly influencing the business.
Requirements
- Communication. You can conduct interviews with IT professionals in Ireland and chat with freelance recruiters in Pakistan. You enjoy conversing and feel energized by meeting new people. You can find common ground with different personalities.
- Independence. You work well independently but are not afraid to ask for help when needed.
- Ability to conduct a full recruitment cycle when needed. You understand how recruitment works and are willing to participate in various aspects of the process, including maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
- Analytical skills. You can take responsibility for experiments and generate clear data that impacts business decisions.
- Responsibility. You take ownership of tasks or experiments and are not afraid to try new approaches.
- Data-driven. You like to record results and create analytical data to assess, measure, and compare outcomes. You feel comfortable working with Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the process between Echo and external recruitment agencies or freelance recruiters around the globe.
- Continuously contact and evaluate recruiting agencies worldwide. Start new business relationships with them. Maintain and leverage our database of 1,000+ agencies across the globe.
- Post (and keep active) freelance recruiter vacancies on numerous job boards.
- Source and recruit qualified technical interviewers to support the hiring process.
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process whenever needed (sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding).
- Become an ambassador of our ranking system EGTI (EchoGlobal Talent Index). Contact candidates to complete the test, collect feedback and participate in further improvement of the system.
Nice to have
Previous experience in recruitment would be a plus, but not required.
